1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Grand Royal Holidays reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Bookings & Payments

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy and the policies of our partner hotels and service providers.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability before traveling to Sri Lanka.
